WORLD MENSTRUAL HYGIENE DAY – MAY 28

we join the world in raising awareness about the importance of menstrual hygiene and breaking the stigma surrounding menstruation.

Menstruation is a natural part of life, yet millions of girls and women still face shame, discrimination, lack of education, and limited access to sanitary products.

World Menstrual Hygiene Day reminds us that every girl deserves:
✨ Access to clean and safe menstrual products
✨ Proper hygiene education
✨ Supportive environments
✨ The confidence to thrive without fear or embarrassment

This year’s theme, *“Together for a Period Friendly World,”* calls on all of us to create a society where periods are accepted, understood, and supported.

Let’s speak up, educate, empower, and support one another as we build a healthier and more inclusive future for girls everywhere.

Words from our Zambian team lead.

Behind every resilient, empathetic, and successful man is a boy who was supported, heard, and encouraged to be his authentic self. In this video, we explore why it’s so crucial to protect, educate, and uplift our boys ensuring they grow up in a world that values both their strength and their vulnerability.

Let's break the old stereotypes and build a healthier future for the next generation of men.

Today, we celebrate the strength, potential, and voice of every boy child.

Empowering boys today means building a future filled with responsible leaders, compassionate hearts, and confident young men who will positively shape the world tomorrow.

Let’s continue to nurture, mentor, protect, and support our boys emotionally, mentally, and socially. Because every boy deserves to be heard, valued, and inspired to lead with integrity.

✨ He is strong.
✨ He is capable.
✨ He matters.

Happy International Day of the Boy Child 2026.

Protect Her, Protect the Future

Every girl deserves to grow up safe, valued, and free from harm. This April, we stand united to raise awareness, speak up, and take action for the protection of every girl child.

As shared by our Kenya representative Mercy Koech
"When we protect a girl, we protect generations. Her safety, education, and voice shape the future of our communities."

Let’s continue to educate, empower, and defend the rights of every girl. Silence is not an option.

Speak up. Act now. Protect every child. 🎗️
