The National Association of Ebira Students (NAES), Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa Chapter, joyfully extends its warm felicitations to Dr. Mustapha Abdullahi, CEng, MIMechE, the Director General and Chief Executive Officer of the Energy Commission of Nigeria (ECN), on the auspicious occasion of his birthday.

Dr. Mustapha Abdullahi is a distinguished public servant, accomplished technocrat and visionary leader whose exemplary stewardship at the Energy Commission of Nigeria has continued to demonstrate professionalism, dedication and an unwavering commitment to national development.

His immense contributions to Nigeria’s energy sector have significantly enhanced institutional growth and promoted sustainable advancement.
Beyond his public service, Dr. Abdullahi is highly respected for his philanthropic gestures and steadfast commitment to the educational, social and human capital development of Ebiraland. National Association of Ebira Students (NAES), Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa Chapter.

The National Association of Ebira Students, Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa Chapter, proudly announces the successful completion of a remarkable adventure undertaken by its members on 22 Nov. 2025. Yesterday, the association embarked on an exciting and educational hiking expedition to the Kogi River area in Nasarawa State, an experience that left participants inspired, united and deeply connected to nature.

The adventure, which was part of NAES’ continuous efforts to promote unity, physical wellness, cultural pride, and environmental awareness among its members, brought together dozens of students from diverse academic departments. The hike offered the participants not only a refreshing escape from academic routines but also an opportunity to discover the natural beauty and cultural richness surrounding the Kogi River axis.

Speaking after the hike, the President of the Association described the experience as “a memorable and purposeful journey that strengthened the bond between members while giving them a chance to appreciate the serene landscape of our host community.”

He emphasized that activities like this reflect NAES’ commitment to fostering brotherhood, leadership development, and positive representation of the Ebira student community in Nasarawa State.

The president also expressed gratitude to the Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa management, security personnel, the NAES Adviser and all stakeholders whose support ensured the smooth and safe ex*****on of the event.

As NAES continues to create platforms for growth, unity and cultural expression, the association reaffirms its commitment to initiatives that enrich the academic and social experiences of Ebira students within and beyond the institution.

Appreciation Message

With a heart full of gratitude, I sincerely appreciate all my well-wishers, family members, and comrades who stood by me with love and unwavering support.

Special thanks to my dear brother Comrade Salihu Jamiu Ajinomoh, Comrade Yunusa Abubakar Evara, Comrade Abdulrahman Uvechi and the ever-supportive NAKOSS National Vice President, Comrade Ahmed Fadilat Omayioza . Your commitment, belief, and encouragement mean everything to me.

Dear Distinguished Members of the National Association of Ebira Students (NAES), FPN Chapter,

With deep gratitude to Almighty God, I pen this message as I round up my service as the NAES President, Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa Chapter, for the 2024/2025 academic session.

I sincerely appreciate my parents, guardians, in person of YAHAYA ASIMI AMAJA, my friends, and well-wishers for their prayers, encouragement, and unwavering support. I also deeply thank the incredible team I work with; my fellow executives, our patrons and matron, advisers, and every member who contributed to the success of this administration.

Your trust kept me going.

Together, we upheld the core values of NAES: unity, progress, and representation.

Despite challenges, we pressed on with passion and purpose. Serving this association has been a great honor.

It is with great excitement and pride that we announce the NAES Day Celebration & Handing Over 2025, hosted by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF EBIRA STUDENTS (NAES), Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa Chapter, under the OHINOYI'ship of Comr. Amaja Abdulbasit Majebi.

This highly anticipated annual event stands as a vibrant celebration of culture, unity, and transition of leadership, and it continues to reflect the strength, identity, and legacy of the Ebira people within the FPN community.

Theme: “Ebira of Yesterday and Ebira in FPN”

This year’s theme draws attention to our rich heritage while shining a spotlight on our journey and accomplishments as a people both past and present, especially within the academic environment of FPN.

The program has been thoughtfully structured into three major activities that span across two weeks, each with its own unique essence and significance:
