Still on the event that happened yesterday, the YPF family had the honour of presenting an Award of Excellence to our distinguished mentor, Prof. Desmond Okocha, in recognition of his remarkable contributions to scholarship, leadership, service, and the development of young professionals.

It was a beautiful moment as we celebrated not just the achievement, but the man behind the achievement - a mentor who continues to pour into others, inspire excellence, and make meaningful impact.

🎉 A DAY OF CELEBRATION, HONOUR & GRATITUDE 🎉

Yesterday was a truly memorable day as the Young Professionals Forum (YPF) came together to celebrate with our very own Professor and Mentor, Prof. Desmond Okocha, at his Professorial Thanksgiving and Book Launch.

It was a beautiful celebration of God’s faithfulness, excellence, scholarship, service, and impact. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to stand with Prof. and honour this remarkable milestone in his journey.

A heartfelt thank you to every YPF member who showed up, supported, and represented the family. Your presence made the celebration even more special. 💚

What a beautiful moment it was yesterday as the YPF Orchestra ministered through music at the Professorial Thanksgiving and Book Launch of our dear mentor, Prof. Desmond Okocha.

With every note and every harmony came a beautiful expression of discipline, excellence and God-given talent. 🤩🎶

It was a fitting contribution to a day that celebrated scholarship, service, dedication and impact. 🎯🔥

We sincerely appreciate every member of the YPF Orchestra for giving their time, preparing diligently, and representing the YPF family so wonderfully. 👏🏽💚

✨ A BEAUTIFUL MOMENT OF LOVE, HONOUR & FAREWELL ✨

Yesterday, the YPF Kubwa leadership came together to celebrate and bid a heartfelt farewell to one of our dedicated and committed leaders, Bro. Okimi Olubunmi Andrew, and his dear family, as they relocate to a new destination.

It was a beautiful time of thanksgiving, appreciation, heartfelt tributes, joyful fellowship, and prayers as we thanked God for their lives and the tremendous impact they have made in our fellowship over the years.

Bro. Bunmi's faithful service, humility, and unwavering commitment to the work of God have left an enduring mark on many lives. While we will certainly miss his presence among us, we rejoice knowing that God's purpose continues to unfold in this new chapter of his journey.

We pray that the Lord will go before you, establish you in your new location, preserve your family, prosper the work of your hands, enlarge your influence for His Kingdom, and grant you greater testimonies. May your new home be filled with His peace, favour, and abundant grace.
