🎓 A Milestone in Healthcare Education

Last weekend in Makurdi, ReachLife Foundation celebrated the graduation of the first cohort of beneficiaries from the Hope Healthcare Scholarship Program, delivered in partnership with MedScholar Academy.

Through this initiative, participants received hands-on training in clinical skills, patient care, and community health education, preparing them to step confidently into the healthcare field.

This moment is more than a graduation, it reflects what is possible when young people are given the opportunity to learn, grow, and serve.

We are grateful to everyone who supported, encouraged, and contributed in different ways to make this initiative possible.

And this is only the beginning. ReachLife Foundation remains committed to expanding access to training and creating more opportunities for aspiring healthcare professionals.

ReachLife Foundation engaged 397 students across three secondary schools in Makurdi through our Faith • Health • Leadership outreach initiative.

We had meaningful conversations with young people about:

• Character and discipline

• Purpose and leadership
• Making positive life choices

At ReachLife Foundation, we are committed to raising a generation grounded in Faith, strengthened by Health, and shaped by Leadership.

Makurdi School Outreach Series (5/6)

Nearly 400 students.
Three schools.
One day of honest conversations.

During our recent school outreach in Makurdi, ReachLife Foundation engaged 397 secondary school students on issues that matter to their future, faith, healthy living, leadership, discipline, and making wise choices.

What stood out most was their openness.
They asked thoughtful questions, shared their concerns, and showed a genuine desire for direction.

Young people today are not lost.
They simply need guidance, mentorship, and leaders who are willing to show up.

And we will continue to do just that.

Padopads Harmony Secondary School was electric.
233 students gathered to talk about faith, health, and leadership.

We shared:

• Long life begins with good health practices
• Leadership requires self-control

The energy in the room was powerful.

This generation is ready, they just need guidance.

At Ashi Heights Secondary School, Achusa, we spoke with 68 students about the power of daily decisions.

We discussed:

• Faith in God and self
• Respect and responsibility
• Building healthy habits
• Basic emergency awareness
• Saying NO to peer pressure

We emphasized one truth:
Your future is built quietly, through discipline, health, and character.

Small habits today create strong leaders tomorrow.

At UBE Junior Secondary School, Nyiman, we engaged 96 bright young minds in honest conversations about faith, discipline, and leadership.

We reminded them:

• Believe in yourself
• Respect your parents and teachers
• Choose friends wisely
• Avoid smoking and alcohol
• Protect your health
• Leadership begins now

What stood out most?
Their curiosity. Their bold questions. Their hunger for direction.

The next generation is not careless, they are listening.

On Friday, ReachLife Foundation stepped into three secondary schools in Makurdi with one goal to ignite Faith, Health, and Leadership in the next generation.

📍 UBE Junior Secondary School, Nyiman – 96 students
📍 Ashi Heights Secondary School, Achusa – 68 students
📍 Padopads Harmony Secondary School – 233 students

In one day, we engaged 397 young minds.
