Still not over the impact of the She Rises Leadership Academy.
We are so proud of the women and emerging leaders who have gone through this experience, and we are even more excited to watch what they will do with everything they have learned not just today, but throughout the year.
Because leadership is not simply about what you know; it is about what you do with what you know.
As the DG, Halimat Sadiya Hadi, said:
“A leader does not need to have it all to make another leader. Share the little you have. Share your knowledge, share your kindness, share what you have, and make an impact.”
Leadership is not about having everything figured out or having all the answers. Sometimes, leadership is simply recognising that what you carry could help someone else move forward and choosing to share it.
The Academy may have ended, but the real work has only just begun. We are watching to see how our women and emerging leaders take these lessons beyond the classroom and turn knowledge into action, purpose into impact, and leadership into service.
May we continue to love, support, encourage and uplift one another. May we continue to create room for others to rise And above all, may we never underestimate the power of kindness, consistency and patience.
To our Academy leaders: we believe in you, we are watching, and we cannot wait to see the impact you will make.
