‎NOTE: the government of Iceland🇮🇸 is planning to introduce tuition fees for international students starting 2026 or latest 2027.
‎
Remember that SWEDEN 🇸🇪, FINLAND 🇫🇮 and NORWAY 🇳🇴 were once TUITION FREE even for international students and easy to enter until everything later changed.
