“Every Boy Deserves a Safe Space to Grow and be Heard.”

In celebration of the International Day of the Boy Child 2026, VANEF in collaboration with organized a seminar for senior secondary students.

The event was filled with educative and encouraging interactive sessions, alongside fun games to lighten the atmosphere. Boys and girls also received flash cards with powerful words of affirmation — inspiring boys to stand tall, speak boldly, shine, and defy stereotypes, while reminding them of their journey to becoming responsible men.

At VANEF, we will continue to lend our voices to nurture boys who will grow into leaders, dreamers, and builders of tomorrow.

At the 5th Amaka Ndoma-Egba Memorial Lecture our Board Chairman, Mr. Joseph Oru, delivered a powerful and inspiring speech.

He reflected on the enduring legacy of Mrs. Amaka Lauretta Ndoma-Egba, celebrated the impact of VANEF’s humanitarian and educational programs, and emphasized the Foundation’s pioneering work in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics education for public school students.

His call to action was clear: together, with collective support, we can expand these initiatives.
