"A time will come when stuff that didn't bother you will, and the ones that did won't." β€” Amb. Akubueze Joyce Chinwe, Co-Founder, ELVIFEE

This thoughtful reflection reminds us that our emotional responses evolve with life's experiences. As we grow, heal, and navigate different seasons, what affects us today may not affect us tomorrow, and vice versa.

It is a gentle reminder to extend grace to ourselves and others, prioritize our mental wellbeing, and never hesitate to seek support when needed.

Mental health matters. Growth is possible. Healing is real.
