Today as we Commemorate International Women Day , we are reminded that whatever you give a woman , you gain back because she multiplies it, When you empower a woman you empower a Nation , It is also a call to action to women to lend their voice , to give their time, to take space and to respect each other. Remember that all Women have Rights, All Women deserve Justice, All Women should take actions!!!!

It is World Cancer Day!!!!! Today we take out time to create awareness about Cancer and also celebrate our warriors , Lets fight Cancer together, How:-

1. Maintain Healthy Weight & Diet: Obesity is associated with increased inflammation and cancer risk. Consume a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and fiber, while limiting red and processed meats.
Be Physically Active: Regular exercise helps maintain a healthy weight and reduces hormone levels linked to cancer.

2. Limit Alcohol: Reducing alcohol consumption lowers the risk of breast, mouth, throat, esophageal, and colorectal cancers.

3. Protect Skin from UV Radiation: Use sunscreen (SPF 30+), wear protective clothing, and avoid tanning beds to prevent skin cancer.
Vaccination: Get vaccinated for HPV (linked to cervical and other cancers) and Hepatitis B (linked to liver cancer).

4. Safe Environment & Regular Screening: Avoid environmental hazards like radon, and participate in regular, recommended cancer screenings for early detection.
