Rubies Development Foundation Rubies Development Foundation–RDF is a non-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Nigeria.

RDF is an equal opportunity NGO that works to inspire & empower young people (including people with disabilities - PWDs) with life-building skills, to enable them become change makers & achieve their full life potential. It aims to comprehensively empower young people and women, with a focus on advancing their human rights and development through enhancement of access to knowledge, skills and resources for vulnerable girls/women and young people to realize their full life potential. Our thematic focus includes – girls and women’s rights, sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV), adolescent sexual reproductive health and rights (SRHR), girls and women empowerment.
