WEIGHT LOSS STRATEGY FOR CORPS MEMBERS

Isabella Michael shared this with you!

"I get these questions a lot this days.

Thus:
-Please help me with your weight loss tip

- how did you lose weight

Bellas and Mikes

I will not lie or twist words with you...

The secret is exercise, helped me loss weight.

I was keenly involved in all the activities in camp, I was enjoying it and losing weight.
In camp I joined the man o war and taekwonda crew.

After camp. I use their techniques as my morning exercise routine.

Plus, I'm learning karate now.

All for fun and weight loss.

You can dance 10-15mins in the morning or evening, as a form of exercise.

After exercising you will notice your appetite will curb on its own.

All the best B&M" she wrote.

What would you have to say about this? 🥳

We want to say thank you for always reaching out to us.

Few Persons from our followers, have reached out to us to ask one question or the other about the NYSC.

And one of the top questions we got was, "What's the Age Limit for NYSC."

The age limit for NYSC is 30.

Once you clock 30. You are no longer eligible to be mobilized for NYSC.

However, 29- 29.99 is eligible.

This is what we mean, once you are 30 on the dot. Don't register, but if you are 29 this year, and you will clock 30 lets sometime in May 2023 this year, you still can get yourself ready for service.

But if you already 30, it's a NO-NO for you.

Hope this helps. ☺️

Got more questions to ask, please drop them in the comment section!

TOWN HALL DISCUSSION:

There was an interaction with Bankonle Willington on the Channels TV where he talked about making the NYSC Optional.

That was actually a great discourse and an interesting one too!

He also made emphasis on how the 33k is not enough for today's youth, and was like, how about we make the NYSC optional and maybe increase the Allawee to say 60k.

While that may be a great idea, what you do also think about this?

Making the NYSC Optional or Scrapping the entire system?

Share your thoughts 👇👇 we will take note of them!
