> Knowledge of what we are doing (willingness to learn what's new).
> Wisdom from others who have done it.
> True desire to succeed beyond money
> Love of whatever it is we're doing.

EVERYONE has a dream in life as even "the dream" have its dream.
But to make "the dream" a reality you need 1, "the plan" not "a plan". 2, "the process" not "a process". 3, "the people" not people. 4, "the persistence" not "persistence". 5, "the patience" not "patience" 6, "the passion" not passion and 7, "the motivation" and NOT mere motivation.
Yes. If the dream must be fulfilled, you have to work rather than wait for the dream to work. You have to work hard while the dream watch you.
