Today, we celebrate the strength, dedication, and resilience of every worker.

From young people building their future, to community members working daily to support themselves and their families — your efforts matter, and your rights matter too.

At YOHRIAE, we recognize that decent work goes beyond income. It includes dignity, safety, respect, and equal opportunities for all, especially for young people and vulnerable communities who often face barriers and discrimination.

As we mark Workers’ Day, we reaffirm our commitment to advocacy, empowerment, and creating spaces where every individual can work, grow, and thrive without fear or exclusion.

Happy Workers’ Day.

Mental health is not always loud.
Sometimes, it is silent, hidden behind smiles, jokes, and “I’m fine.”

Many people are going through things they don’t talk about.
They show up every day, they do their work, they laugh with others — but inside, they are tired, overwhelmed, or struggling to cope.

Some people feel pressure to always be strong.
Some feel guilty for resting.
Some are hurting from small things that keep adding up — being ignored, misunderstood, or not heard.

These struggles are real, even if no one sees them.

This is a reminder to be kind, to check in on people, and also to check in on yourself.
You don’t always have to be strong. It’s okay to rest. It’s okay to speak. It’s okay to ask for help.

You are not alone. 🤍

New week, new start
This Monday, take care of your mind.
Rest when you need it, speak when you feel heavy, and don’t carry everything alone.
Your mental health matters.

Yesterday, the YOHRIAE team came together to commemorate International Women’s Day 2026. As we reflect on this year’s theme, “Rights. Justice. Action. for All Women and Girls,” we reaffirm our commitment to promoting dignity, equality, and opportunities for women and girls in our communities.

At YOHRIAE, we believe that real progress happens when we take action — advocating for women’s health, empowering girls, and creating a society where every woman’s voice is heard and respected.

Together, we continue to stand for rights, justice, and meaningful action for women and girls everywhere.

Empowered women empower communities.
When women have access to education, opportunities, and resources, they can lead change and build a better future for everyone.

Let us continue to support and empower women and girls everywhere.

Gender equality means equal rights, equal opportunities, and equal respect for everyone.
When women and girls are empowered, families, communities, and nations grow stronger.

Let us continue to stand for fairness, dignity, and equality for all.

When women and girls have access to proper hygiene and sanitation, they can live healthier, more confident lives.
Promoting menstrual hygiene helps girls stay in school and women participate fully in their communities.

Let’s support dignity, health, and equality for every woman.

Zero Discrimination Day reminds us that everyone deserves dignity, respect, and equal opportunities — regardless of their background, gender, health status, beliefs, or identity.

Discrimination divides communities, fuels stigma, and limits potential. But inclusion builds stronger, healthier, and more united societies.

Today, we stand for fairness. We stand for compassion. We stand for equality.

No stigma. No exclusion. Just humanity.
