Throwback to Her Startup❤️

A program built on one simple belief that female founders deserve more than just a seat at the table. They deserve the tools, the funding, the mentorship, and the community to build something that lasts.

The numbers don't lie. When you invest in a woman building a business, you're not just funding her you're funding every person her business will employ, every community it will touch, and every girl watching her who now believes it's possible for her too.

We had an incredible time with 10 founders last year. And let's just say, we’re not done.

Watch this space. 🙌🏾

This is what it looks like when one girl becomes a movement.

Across communities in Nigeria, our Every Girl 3.0 fellows have been going back to their hubs and doing something powerful, sharing everything they learned during the immersion phase with the girls and young women around them.

Because knowledge that stays with one person is good. Knowledge that multiplies? That's the Every Girl effect.

We are so proud of every fellow who showed up, stepped up, and poured into someone else. 🙌🏾

Meet our POST-IMMERSION Mentors!!!

You thought we were done?

The immersion may be over, but Every Girl 3.0 is far from finished.
Our 15 fellows have entered a 90-day mentorship program with industry professionals, one on one sessions built around their dreams, their goals, and the women they are becoming.

Because the real work starts after the spotlight. And we are not letting these girls go without making sure they have the right people in their corner.

We are so excited to have our girls interact with these outstanding mentors. Their experience and impact speak for itself, and we can't wait to see what they girls become at the end of the 90 days.

You don't find the opportunity and then get ready. You get ready, and then the opportunity finds you.

Community is a strategy.🔥

Talent is not enough. If the right people can't see you, they can't choose you 📌

Every detail of EveryGirl 3.0 was intentional.
Including this one.

Before the girls arrived in Abuja, our founder Khalil Halilu sat down and wrote a personal note in every single copy of Everything Good Will Come one for each fellow. A message was written just for her✨

Because when you become an Every Girl fellow, you don't just join a program. You become part of the KSH family, and family shows up in the details.

Every girl in that room deserved to feel seen, valued, and loved, and that's exactly what we set out to do. I am proud to say that we achieved exactly that. The reaction of the girls to the notes was priceless 😊.
