MY WOMEN CRUSH WEDNESDAY*
to 2020

These pictures take us back to where the fire first met obedience.
Before the growth.
Before the structure.
Before the recognition.

There were just hearts - willing, available, and deeply compassionate.

We called them Samaritan Angels then- the very first ambassadors of what is now growing into a movement of mercy through Samaritan Ark Global Foundation.

They showed up.
They believed.
They served.
They carried the vision when it was still tender and unseen.

They weren’t just volunteers, they were proof that compassion still lives in people.

Today, as we look at these old photos, we don’t just see faces.
We see sacrifice.
We see faith.
We see the foundation stones of something bigger than all of us.

To every Samaritan Angel of 2020/21. THANK YOU for saying yes when it was small, for carrying love into places that needed light. The mission is blossoming, the heartbeat remains the same:
Compassion in action. Love without conditions. Forever Grateful 🙏❤️

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR DEAREST *CHAIRMAN, ADVISORY BOARD* - *BISHOP OYEDEJI AFOLABI*

Today, with hearts full of gratitude and deep admiration, we celebrate a rare gift to our generation - our beloved Chairman, Advisory Board, Bishop Oyedeji Afolabi.

Sir, your leadership has not merely been administrative; it has been visionary, sacrificial, and deeply compassionate. You have laboured quietly and consistently behind the scenes, offering wisdom when decisions were weighty, strength when the path was demanding, and spiritual covering when the journey required discernment.

Your commitment to the mission of Samaritan Ark Global Foundation is evident in the countless hours you have invested, the strategic guidance you have provided, and the unwavering belief you have shown in the vision of transforming lives and restoring dignity to the vulnerable. You have worked tirelessly - not for applause, but for impact. Not for recognition, but for legacy.

Through your counsel, structure has been strengthened. Through your prayers, the foundation has stood firm. *Through your leadership, hope has been carried further than we imagined possible* .

Today, we honour not only your office, but your heart - a heart that carries responsibility with grace, authority with humility, and leadership with fatherly warmth.

May this new year of your life bring you multiplied strength, renewed vision, divine health, and overflowing joy. May the seeds you have sown in service return to you in harvests of honour, peace, and fulfillment. May heaven reward you openly for the sacrifices you have made privately.

Thank you for working so hard. Thank you for standing strong. Thank you for believing in this vision.

We celebrate you deeply.
We appreciate you sincerely.
We honour you wholeheartedly.

Happy Birthday, Sir.

Nigeria is too blessed to keep struggling under leadership that lacks empathy.

🪧 Free & Fair Elections = Respect for the Nigerian People.

We are not asking for perfection.
We are asking for conscience.
We are asking for accountability.
We are asking for leadership that sees the tears of the people and responds with action.

Nigeria can rise, but only when compassion becomes the foundation of governance.

As we step into this final month of the year, we reflect with gratitude on every life touched and every act of kindness extended.

This season reminds us that compassion is still the greatest gift we can give, especially to the vulnerable, the sick, the elderly, and those in crisis.

Let’s continue to be a refuge of hope, a voice of comfort, and a hand of support to those who need it most.

Wishing you a peaceful and meaningful December from all of us at Samaritan Ark Global Foundation.

There comes a time in the life of every nation when history pauses and listens,
Listens to the heartbeat of its people,
To the cry of its poor,
And to the whisper of its conscience.
That time is now. 💛

WHEN A NATION OUTSOURCES ITS OUTRAGE

By Engr. Chika Okwuolisa (President, The Good Samaritan Network)

There’s a fire burning in our house, yet some people are busy arguing about who started a fire in another man’s compound.

That’s Nigeria today. 💔

Villages are being wiped out. Children go missing every week. Young people are kidnapped from buses, and families are mourning daily.

Just last week, a brilliant young Consultant Neurosurgeon, Dr. Tochukwu Mbanugo, after performing a brain tumor surgery at NAUTH, Nnewi, was abducted by unknown gunmen on his way home. As I write this, he is still in captivity.

Yet, the moment you mention these killings, someone somewhere will remind you that Trump hates Black people and has ulterior motives. Really?

Trump? Seriously?

Earlier this morning, my dear friend, now a Nigerian-American, reminded me how “gullible” Nigerians are because I expressed concern over the remarks attributed to Pastor Wale Adefarasin, who said that “killings have been happening for decades, we should live with and get used to it; Trump only has an interest in our oil and refinery.” So, in summary - CHIKA IS GULLIBLE!

She said:
👉🏽 “You Nigerians are so gullible! Trump doesn’t care about you, he hates Black People!

WHEN TRUMP BECOMES THE TOPIC AND NOT THE TRAGEDY

We’ve reached a strange point where some Nigerians hate Donald Trump more than they hate terrorism, corruption, or bad governance.

Say “Christians are being killed,” and they reply, “Trump is a racist!”
Say “Our leaders are silent while bandits destroy lives,” and they shout, “Stop supporting Trump!”

As if Trump was the one who abandoned our soldiers in the forest.
As if he’s the one who diverted funds meant for security.
As if he’s the reason we can’t protect our schoolchildren, our farmers, or even Dr. Tochukwu Mbanugo - who was kidnapped after saving a life through brain surgery.

This obsession has become a sickness, a mental deflection from reality.
We’ve turned politics into a religion, and truth into a hostage.

NOW LISTEN, THE REAL ENEMY ISN’T IN AMERICA or ANY OTHER COUNTRY, 🇳🇬

The real enemy isn’t in the White House, it’s in our own house, you don't need to look far!

It’s the silence of leaders who swore to defend us the Christians, Muslims, Traditionalists alike, but only interested in defending their political seats.
It’s the noise of citizens & those outside the shores of Nigeria who are only interested in who wins elections but can’t name the last five Nigerian villages attacked by terrorists.
It’s the pastors, imams, and influencers who roar about foreign policies, but whisper when Nigerians die.
If America sneezes, we analyze.
If Nigeria bleeds, we scroll past.
That’s how lost we’ve become.

When some say, “Don’t fall for Trump’s lies,” they think they’re enlightening us. But we are not naive.
We know politicians, all of them have motives.
But must we go silent about our dead simply because the “wrong person” spoke about them?

When a foreign leader comments on our pain, we argue about his motives instead of addressing the pain itself.
That’s the madness, silencing cries for justice because they don’t align with our political heroes or enemies.

Nigeria’s problem isn’t about Trump, Biden, or America.
It’s not about liberals or conservatives.
It’s not about North, South, East, or West.
It’s not about Christians, Muslims, or Traditionalists.

This is about Nigeria, a bleeding nation still searching for conscience.

The truth is simple: people are dying, not in history books, not in fiction, but right now, in our streets and villages.

Communities are being erased. Dreams are ending.
Hospitals are filled with people who can’t afford treatment.

So whether Trump tweets or not is irrelevant.
Whether America intervenes or not is secondary.
What matters is that our leaders must act — and act fast — to stop the killings, kidnappings, and chaos tearing this nation apart before war erupts. God forbid.

Our loyalty must be to humanity, not personalities.
Our anger must be directed at injustice, not at anyone who dares to mention it.

Whether Trump has a vested interest or not, our government still owes its citizens protection and justice.

Our loyalty must be to truth, not tribe;
conscience, not convenience;
God and humanity, not ideology.

Until we stop defending incompetence with bias,
Until we stop calling grieving people “gullible,”
Until we value Nigerian lives more than who said what,
Until we stop excusing evil because of who exposed it, until then,

We will remain a nation more offended by Trump’s words than by our own people’s blood.

And when a country reaches that point…
it’s not thinking anymore, it’s sinking. That’s paralysis!

Let’s focus on saving our people, irrespective of tribe, religion, or gender. not defending our politics.

Nigeria first, ALWAYS. 🇳🇬

CHIKA SAYS NO TO WAR! YES TO OUR LEADERS DOING THE RIGHT THING, & DOING IT FAST!

The Good Samaritan Lives On…

At Samaritan Ark Global Foundation, we believe that kindness is not an event, it’s a movement. Every act of compassion, no matter how small, has the power to rewrite someone’s story.

From empowering women in underserved communities to supporting displaced families and the vulnerable, our mission is simple yet profound:
👉🏽 To build a world where love finds expression in action, and compassion becomes a lifestyle.

As we continue to reach the forgotten, heal the broken, and uplift the weary, we call on every heart that still believes in goodness - join us.
Be a Samaritan. Be the reason someone smiles again.

Because when love takes the lead, humanity wins. 💛

02/11/2025

When a people start to celebrate the idea of foreign intervention, it only proves how deeply their leaders have betrayed their trust and abandoned their duty to protect them. It’s a tragedy that it takes a foreign voice to stir the same leaders who have long ignored the pain and pleas of their own citizens.

We say NO to foreign invasion, but a resounding YES to decisive internal action to end the killings and kidnappings of innocent citizens.
