Across the entire landscape, we are people of action. Making impact globally- creating lasting change through projects aligned with Rotary’s Areas of Focus.

This short video highlights the ways Rotary partners with communities, invests in skills, and measures progress so impact lasts beyond the project itself.

The theme for this year-

"Together for Health. Stand with science."

The Joint Community Outreaches we conducted recently were carried out across Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nasarawa, Ekiti, and Gombe States (the 4 program locations).

The initiative is aimed to improve access to essential healthcare services for underserved and hard-to-reach populations through integrated service delivery, including: screening, treatment, and referral for an array of health conditions.

There were several cases of hepatitis B and C (including pregnant women and children) and successfully referred for specialized care.

Clients presenting with hypertensive emergencies received immediate stabilization and referral, preventing potential complications.

A severe case of childhood malnutrition (marasmus) was identified and linked to appropriate care services.

Strong community engagement, particularly through traditional and religious leaders, significantly improved turnout and service acceptance.
