TAAI is a Non-Governmental and Non-Profit Organization that focuses on identifying, discovering, and advocating for an improved recognition and respect for the rights, privileges, and socio-economic inclusion of Persons With Albinism (PWA's) in the heart of the streets of Africa, help them realize the need to lead a normal free life, pursue and achieve their dream goals, tell their stories to the

world, give them a sense of belonging in the society at large and eliminate / cub their fears of stigmatization. "One Person at a Time..."

LEND A HAND FUND 2025

It was a successful event yesterday 03/04/2025 as The African Albinism Initiative (TAAI) makes school fees payment for some Pupil of St. Mary's Nursery and Primary School Obibiezena, proudly sponsored by an indigenous daughter of Obibiezena.

This Lend a hand school fees drive fund is to ensure our children who are not able to pay school fees for the second term of 2024/2025 academic session goes back to school, and in an attempt to contribute to human capital development through basic educational training support.

We thank the Parish Priest, School Principal, Sponsor, and all who made the event successful. Special thanks to Team TAAI for their dedication in serving humanity. The African Albinism Initiative (TAAI) is a Non-Governmental organization dedicated towards advocacy for the rights and inclusiveness of Person's With Albinism (PWA's) in Africa and the World at large. We therefore call on well-meaning citizens to partner with us by extending charitable hand to make the World a better place for all, trusting that our services will meet your expected satisfaction.

RESEARCH ENDORSEMENT FUNDS 2025

Here is to give Glory to God Almighty for a successful event and journey mercy yesterday (21/03/2025).

All thanks to the HOD's of Microbiology and Biochemistry Department, the Dean, Faculty of Sciences, Federal University Otuoke, Bayelsa State, Nigeria for their hospitality and warmth reception, and our Team members who made the journey a memorable one.

Our immense gratitude goes to the sponsor of this event "Omawumi Shodake" for your show of generosity and extension of charitable hands to both Person's With Albinism (PWA's) and other final year students of both department.

A well deserved Congratulations goes to the Ten (10) students who received Research Endorsement Funds totalling Five Hundred Thousand Naira ( #500,000) only as support for their undergraduate research projects and PWA's who received Sunscreens of SPF 50+ and above as an aid to fight against the UV rays of the sun.

We are The African Albinism Initiative (TAAI), a Non-Governmental Organization aimed at advocating for the rights and inclusiveness of Person's With Albinism (PWA's) in Africa and all over the globe. We therefore use this medium to solicit your partnership and support though our charity drives in other to positively affect the life's of PWA's in a bid to increase awareness on Albinism, provide relief materials, support their crafts, businesses, and education, and also curb their fears of stigmatization. With your help, we are set to do great exploits.
