‎The 28th Plenary Session of the National Governing Council (NGC) of the Amalgamated Union of Public Corporation Technical and Recreational Services Employees (AUPCTRE) has been hailed as a resounding success. Held at Green Minds Hotel in Abuja from September 18 to 21, 2025, the gathering brought together key stakeholders to discuss pressing issues in Nigeria's labor landscape.

‎With the theme "Building Responsive and Dynamic Trade Unionism to Combat Draconic National Industrial Relations Policies," the session provided a platform for AUPCTRE to chart bold pathways in addressing jurisdictional scopes and confronting draconian policies head-on. ‎The Amalgamated Union of Public Corporation Technical and Recreational Services Employees (AUPCTRE) is hosting its 28th National Governing Council (NGC) plenary session at the Green Minds Hotel in Utako, Abuja.
