Good news!!!
It is official,
We are now a registered Organization!!!
ADIJA LUCY MEMORIAL CARE & SUPPORT INITIATIVE (ALCARE INITIATIVE), formerly known as iAssist Foundation, was renamed in loving memory of Adija Lucy Ochai, whose life and legacy are deeply woven into the very fabric of our organization.
Adija Lucy was far more than a supporter — she was a mother, a guide, and a pillar of strength to iAssist Foundation. From the very beginning, she believed wholeheartedly in our mission to serve sickle cell warriors and vulnerable communities. She stood with us when the vision was still fragile, nurturing it with her unwavering faith, constant encouragement, heartfelt prayers, and even personal financial sacrifices. She gave selflessly, always placing the growth and impact of the foundation above her own comfort.
Beyond her support for the organization, Adija Lucy lived the values we stand for. She was a devoted caregiver who walked alongside a sickle cell warrior with compassion, dignity, and love until her passing on November 23, 2025. Her life was a living testimony of service, empathy, and deep commitment to the wellbeing of others.
Her sudden and unexpected passing left a painful void in our hearts, but her spirit remains alive in every life we touch and every act of care we provide. Renaming iAssist Foundation to ADIJA LUCY MEMORIAL CARE & SUPPORT INITIATIVE (ALCARE INITIATIVE) is our way of ensuring that her legacy of love, sacrifice, and service continues to shine. It is a tribute to a woman who gave everything to see others thrive, and whose memory will forever inspire our work.
Through ALCARE Initiative, Adija Lucy’s compassion lives on.

NEW YEAR MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER – iAssist Foundation
As we step into this new year, one thing is clear: iAssist Foundation is no longer an idea—we are a proven solution.
We exist to close critical gaps in healthcare awareness and access, especially for underserved communities. Last year, we didn’t just talk impact—we delivered it. We reached real people, ran measurable medical outreaches, raised awareness on genotype and preventable diseases, and mobilized volunteers where systems fall short.
This year, we scale.
Our focus is ex*****on, expansion, and measurable outcomes. We are building stronger partnerships, leveraging data-driven outreach, and positioning iAssist as a trusted platform for sustainable health interventions across communities.
To our supporters and partners: you are not backing charity—you are backing impact with structure, vision, and growth potential.
To future investors and collaborators: this is the stage where smart capital meets real social return. The need is large, the model is working, and the opportunity to lead change is now.
iAssist Foundation is building healthier communities—strategically, boldly, and sustainably.
Welcome to the year of scale.
— Founder, iAssist Foundation
