*What Peace Means to Me 💭🕊️*

Peace, for me, isn’t just when there’s no fight or argument. It’s choosing calm when it’s easier to snap. It’s choosing to understand instead of always needing to be right.

I remember a time a close friend and I had a serious fallout. Emotions were high, and we both felt misunderstood. It would’ve been easy to cut ties, but something in me said, *“Just listen.”* So I did. We sat down, spoke honestly, cried, and found common ground. That moment taught me:

👉 Peace isn’t always about being happy.
👉 Sometimes, it’s about being willing to show up and try.
👉 That conversation didn’t just fix a friendship, it healed something in me.

*Peace has shaped how I live now:*

- 🧘‍♀️ I’m slower to react.
- ❤️ I forgive more easily.
- 🤝 I try to understand, not just respond.
- 🙏 I value silence just as much as words.

Now, I choose peace every day.
In how I speak, how I listen, and how I treat others.
