The Climate Teen Innovation Bootcamp 2026 has given Kamsi a new perspective on something that affects all of us: climate change.

Through the bootcamp, she learnt how climate change impacts our daily lives and communities, and, importantly, the positive ways we can take action to combat it. 🌱💡

It’s not just about understanding the problem, it’s about knowing that we can all play a role in creating solutions.

At the Climate Teen Hub, we are helping young people move from awareness to action and giving them the knowledge to become thoughtful climate innovators.

🌍 Meet Fatima—a young innovator already thinking about solutions.

For Fatima, climate change isn't something she only hears about. She has seen its impact in her community through flooding, heatwaves, water shortages, and unreliable electricity.

But instead of simply identifying the problems, Fatima is already thinking about what can be done.

Her ideas include cleaning drainage systems to reduce flooding, connecting pipes to dams to improve water access, and purifying water for communities.💧🌱

Her story reminds us why climate education and innovation opportunities for young people matter.

When young people are given the knowledge and space to think creatively, they don't just see problems, they begin imagining solutions.

This is the kind of thinking we are nurturing at the Climate Teen Hub.

The Climate Teen Innovation Bootcamp 2026 has come to an end!

Four days. 20 young minds. Countless questions, ideas, lessons, and possibilities.

From climate change and clean technology to renewable energy, innovation, and green opportunities, our participants gained knowledge and began imagining themselves as part of the solution. 🌱💡

This is more than a summer camp.

It is an investment in the next generation of climate innovators and changemakers.

And this is only the beginning. 🚀

Rooted in partnership, growing real impact 🌳💚 Proud that The Ebaidebheki Initiative THE EBAIDEBHEKI INITIATIVE continues to stand alongside organizations like Steron Community Development Foundation, Climate Action Team, NEITI, and GSAI on the Befriend a Tree Initiative, planting trees and empowering communities in Wasa and Takushara, FCT-Abuja. Beyond tree planting, we’re building sustainable livelihoods through briquette-making training for women in these communities — because climate action must always create economic pathways, not just environmental ones. Strong communities. Thriving environment. Sustainable tomorrows. 🌱

For Rahmatu, the Climate Teen Innovation Bootcamp 2026 was a summer experience to remember! 💚

She shares how much she enjoyed the bootcamp, especially the opportunity to learn from her facilitators. From their engaging teaching to the way they made complex topics interesting and relatable, her facilitators played a big role in making the experience enjoyable.

At the Climate Teen Innovation Bootcamp 2026, Chidubem discovered the exciting possibilities of hydropower and solar energy and gained a deeper understanding of how clean technologies can shape our energy future. 🌍☀️💧
