On Saturday, 2nd May 2026, the Bilikisu Iyabode Memorial Health Center under the Abiodun and Yinka Atobatele Foundation (AYAF) organized a free medical outreach in commemoration of World Malaria Day.

The outreach focused on creating awareness about malaria prevention and providing free healthcare services to members of the community.

During the outreach, beneficiaries received vital signs checks, malaria tests, blood sugar tests, medical consultations, and free medications.

A total of 117 people were attended to, including men, women, and children. The outreach also helped identify 3 cases of hypertensive urgency, which were immediately referred to the General Hospital for further medical attention.

We are grateful to our staff members, volunteers, and everyone who contributed to the success of the outreach. Initiatives like this remain an important part of our commitment to improving access to healthcare and promoting healthier communities.

Empowering the Next Generation with Tech Skills

This August, we are launching a Free Summer Code Camp specially designed for children in rural and underserved communities. Our goal is to bridge the digital divide and equip young minds with practical digital skills for the future.
