20th of March every year is ๐“๐‡๐„ ๐–๐Ž๐‘๐‹๐ƒ ๐Ž๐‘๐€๐‹ ๐‡๐„๐€๐‹๐“๐‡ ๐ƒ๐€๐˜.

Every year we visit primary or secondary schools, sensitizing them on the need and how to keep their mouth clean.

We partnered with the Nigerian Medical Students' Association Standing Committee on Public Health (SCOPH) South East Region to commemorate this day. Our point of call was @ ๐„๐๐’๐” ๐’๐ญ๐š๐Ÿ๐Ÿ ๐ง๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ฒ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ฆ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐œ๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ, ๐‚๐€๐’ ๐œ๐š๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐–๐ก๐ข๐ญ๐ž ๐‚๐ฅ๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐’๐œ๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฌ, ๐๐ง๐จ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ž๐ž๐ญ , all in Abakaliki Ebonyi State.

We reflected on the theme of this year's celebration; "๐€ ๐ก๐š๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐ข๐ฌ ๐š ๐ก๐š๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฒ ๐›๐จ๐๐ฒ ", we taught them the need to maintain a good oral hygiene and the benefits there in, we also demonstrated how one can brush properly and ended by donation of toothpastes and tooth brushes to both schools.

Together we hope to make our bodies happier by keeping a Happy mouth.
