To everyone living with diabetes,

There may be days when the journey feels dark, difficult, or exhausting. There may be moments when you wonder if you have the strength to keep going.

But remember: a difficult day does not mean a defeated life.

Keep taking care of yourself. Keep learning about your condition. Keep taking your medications as prescribed, monitoring your blood sugar when advised, attending your medical appointments, and making the healthy choices you can.

You don’t have to be perfect every day. You just have to keep moving forward.

Diabetes may be part of your journey, but it does not have to define your entire story.

Keep going. Keep believing. Keep fighting for your health. There is still so much life ahead of you. ❤️

No matter how much you try to motivate someone living with diabetes in Nigeria, if you are not giving money or providing the diabetes care essentials like insulin, strips etc; the motivation is almost a waste of time . It’s already difficult living with diabetes in Nigeria.
After motivating, a dollar note will add flavour to the motivation.

This is unfortunately true.

It is sad to know most primary health centres in Nigeria don’t have a functional glucometer 🥹. We are donating glucometer to all these centres, this project will run for years till we reach all the primary health centres. 33,000 is quite a huge number .
