“Youth Advocacy for leadership” (YAL) is a non-governmental organization with the primary goal of addressing and redressing the position of the youth towards leadership through orientation and reorientation the mindset of youth for the position of leadership around the globe. However, having considered the place of creativity from young minds, we come with a mandate to restore leadership to youths
and maintain good creativity and innovative leadership style. Our organization is committed to restoring dignity in leadership. More so, the mindset of the youth will be repositioned through our leadership training programs for positive services and trust. To this end, the youth will not be seen as leaders of tomorrow but of today. Therefore all members will have discipline as a tool and life style for effective and efficient way of having good leaders and as a matter of fact, align their mindset towards seeing leadership as an opportunity for service and not for tyranny, dictatorship or embezzlement of public fund
