RACISM
Among so many human ideologies like Religion, Climate change, 'Poly-tricks', Feminism, Tribalism, DEI, LGBTQ+ and many others; RACISM is another great enemy of human prospects and endeavours.
Let's listen to our lady in the video break it down in a layman's understanding.
Congressman Wesley Hunt, an American politician and former U.S. Army officer representing Texas's 38th congressional district once said "I never want to be chosen, promoted or rewarded because of how I look. I want to earn every opportunity on merits' through hard work, grit, discipline and determination"
Judge, elect, choose, promote and reward people by their effectiveness, efficiencies, skills, potentials, visions, purposes, missions, character, actions and behavior not their skin color
For anytime you judge, elect, choose, promote and reward people based on their Religion, Climate change, 'Poly-tricks' , Feminism, Tribalism, 'DEI', 'LGBTQ+' and their skin color; you end up fixing a round perk in a square hole and that is very disastrous to the human social system.
