House of Women Namibia A network for Women Empowerment from the Namibian Women Summit. The purpose of House of Women (HOW) is to provide a Platform for Women Empowerment.

Our vision is to broaden the base of women involvement and participation in national development, and is guided by values of Professionalism, Inclusivity, Innovation, Ownership and Quality. The aim of the House of Women is to get on board as many women as possible to make meaningful contributions towards the growth of the Namibian economy. We strive to realise this vision through the three core fu

nctions of the organisation, namely: capacity building of women, networking through various programmes and smart partnerships with government, sponsors, private sector and other business and non-governmental organisations.
