At APLI, we believe that the fellowship doesn’t end at graduation. We intentionally cultivate a culture of lifelong connection, encouraging fellows and alumni to keep engaging, collaborating, and supporting one another.

This year, Loide Nambundunga made it her mission to bring people together, persistently nudging fellows and alumni to reconnect whenever the opportunity arose. Congratulations to her for championing the spirit of the APLI community 💙🙌🏾!

Through a series of realistic scenarios, they applied these principles to real-life situations, sparking thoughtful discussions and practical insights.
