Tephcor Armed Response is a fully owned and operated Namibian company with its offices, control centre and base of operations located in Windhoek. We utilize the latest state-of-the-art, monitoring and surveillance technology, making use of our own transmitter and receiver network, making Tephcor Armed Response totally independent from any other service providers and thereby minimizing technical
risks. Of this latest technology utilized, is a GPS directed response unit, guiding the Tephcor Armed Response vehicle straight to the alarm GPS co-ordinates without depending on a driver’s street-name or directional knowledge. The instant an alarm is triggered the GPS location and most efficient route to the location is immediately available to the driver and the Thephcor Armed Response control centre. Although our goal is to broaden our footprint throughout the whole of the greater Windhoek area, our current armed response areas only include Pioneerspark and Academia. Our goal is to secure each area before expanding to further areas. Tephcor Armed Response will have a highly motivated and professionally trained staff under the command of the well-known former Windhoek City Police Superintendent, Johan Kellerman. Mr.Kellerman spent eight very successful years in crime prevention at the Windhoek City Police and is well known for his absolute dedication to the eradication of crime in the city and his track record and reputation speaks for itself. Kellerman is keen, dedicated and has the expertise and experience to turn Tephcor Armed Response into the most effective response unit in the city.
