Hey there 👋🐒😄 me and Cindy are so excited about the upcoming launch of the Ruben Lambrechts Foundation and want to encourage you all one last time to please help us raise funds via our GoFundMe link to make it all possible 🙏

We’re passionate about uplifting the lifes in Namibia in this current natural disaster we are facing, where so many animals and humans face starvation due to one of the worst droughts Namibia have ever seen. We believe that together, we can truly help those who are suffering during these horrific times.

To kick things off, we’re hosting a special fundraising launch event on 16 November 2024, and we need your support to make it happen. My good friend from the UK, Richard Chard, have created a GoFundMe campaign (since it’s not possible in Namibia) to help raise the funds needed for this event and to fuel the work that’s ahead. We are proud to say that all proceeds will go directly to Henriëtte Le Grange’s Droogtehulp Namibië/Drought Relief Namibia. 👏

NAMIBIA NEEDS YOUR HELP 🙏

My home country of Namibia is currently facing a disaster-level drought due to extremely poor rains these past few years. We are now at the point where thousands of animals and people face starvation 💔. The current crisis breaks my heart and I therefore started the foundation to help as much as I can now and in future cases like this. I am proud to be partnering up with Droogtehulp Namibië/Drought Relief Namibia (from Henriette Le Grange) who will receive all the proceeds after my fundraising awareness event on 16 Nov.

However, in order to make a difference now and in the future we need to get the foundation off of the ground. There is an awareness event on our farm to establish necessary partnerships on the 16th of November that we also need financial assistance for to help make it possible. For this we also ask for your help. There is a GoFundMe link in my bio that were donations will help us to get the foundation off of the ground 🙏

Our sparsely-populated country has seen a succession of droughts since 2013, and now we currently are in one of the worst droughts ever recorded with no indication that the situation will soon change. For all of us involved this drought crisis is very scary and very real. 💔

It’s really painful to see the animals suffer and die across our country… and the feeling of helplessness makes it worse. Namibia is in dire need of funds to aid these wildlife and farmers that haven’t had a drop of rain before. Therefore I plead with whoever can help - even the smallest donation will help more than you can imagine.

I hope with all of my heart that we can make a difference together. 🙏
