Namibia Airline Pilots Association - NAPA NAPA (Namibian Airline Pilots Association) was established in 1994 to be the official representative

NAPA’s aim is to ensure safe and just working conditions for all members, to protect the rights of the pilots with regards to the Namibian Labour Act, Namibian Air Law, NAPA’s Collective Agreement; and to support and help our management in making Air Namibia a truly safe, efficient, great and popular Airline. NAPA negotiates a Collective Agreement on your behalf, which is a legal extension to your

employment contract and conditions of work. NAPA has obtained the Exclusive Bargaining Status for all Air Namibia Pilots.
