From Global Exchange to Grassroots Impact ๐ŸŒโœจ

When returned from the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) in 2024, he didnโ€™t just bring back memories โ€” he brought back a blueprint for change.

At the National Rover Workshop in Ongwediva (March 20โ€“22, 2026), lessons from Emilazerโ€™s exchange experience helped shape a Scouting movement event focused on strengthening civic participation and promoting economic self-reliance among young leaders.

This is the lasting power of U.S. government-sponsored exchange programs: the journey doesnโ€™t end when participants return home โ€” thatโ€™s where the real impact begins. ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ
