Sexual reproductive health and rights
Gender equality
• Reduce the level of:
Unemployment rate
Drop out of school rate
Falling rate
• Advocating for human rights
• To promote awareness and education for the target communities
REASONS TO THE FORMATION OF THE CLUB
Due to a consultation held at out of nature country lodge organised and sponsored by the UNICEF, UNAIDS, UNFPA officials on the dates 16-19 July 2013, attendant by 37 Namibia youth-led organisation representative had identified that there’s lack of male involvement within the Namibia communities within the fight for Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights, Gender equality, Human Rights, and lack of commitments or too many drops out of schools in Namibia and a high failing rate with in grade 10 and 12. STRATEGY:
Sustainable community based initiatives for development of the target group through education, health, economic and social development efforts. Gentlemen Club Namibia will not work in suffocation but partner up with any other organisation that follows or has similar goals and objective.
