Here are a list of pain medications not to be used by a Haemophilia patient.

1. Aspirin-People with hemophilia should not take aspirin. Aspirin can make bleeding worse and is dangerous for people with hemophilia.

2. Ibuprofen -People with hemophilia should generally avoid taking ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin) because it can increase the risk of bleeding.

3. Naxproxen- People with hemophilia should not take naproxen. Naproxen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that can interfere with blood clotting and delay healing.

4. Mefenamic acid-NSAIDs such as mefenamic acid may cause ulcers, bleeding, or holes in the stomach or intestine.

5. Diclofenac -People with hemophilia should not use diclofenac because it can increase bleeding. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that can make bleeding worse.

*People with hemophilia should consult a doctor before taking any medications.

* NSAIDs like diclofenac can increase the risk of bleeding, especially in the upper gastrointestinal tract.

* NSAIDs can also inhibit platelets, which can prolong bleeding time.
