Programme 1: Good Governance

This programme serves as a cornerstone in advancing transparency and accountability for effective
governance across the public sector. Overall, the programme promotes integrity and ethical behaviours to
enhance public trust in government processes. It also strengthens the mechanism for effective access to
information to empower citizens to participate in democratic processes and national development. This will
create a knowledge-based society that can contribute to national dialogue and nation building and foster
a sense of nationhood and national pride among citizens.

On 04 May Team_ DKCDO wished all Namibians a happy Cassinga Day! As we remember those whose blood wattered our freedom we paused to remember how the movement intelectuals would hid the dancing floor to dance to some of those revolutionery song's by late Jackson Kaujeua when he sung : Give me back my country (Namibia) I know my country will be free someday'
