This Africa Day, we declare that the Africa we deserve recognises unity through solidarity, it stands firm on the principles of Ubuntu and leads with faith in its people and future. It is an Africa built on compassion, shared humanity and the understanding that we rise by lifting one another.
That change begins with us.
Happy 63rd Africa Day

Strong women build nations, healthy women sustain them.
This Women’s History Month, March, remind a sister, a friend, a mother to go for cervical cancer screening.
Early detection saves lives.

On Feb 04, 2026, World Cancer Day, we were honoured to attend the World Cancer Day Commemoration Service at Bet-El Lutheran Parish under the theme β€œUnited by Unique.” Organised by breast cancer survivor and awareness advocate, Ms. Renathe Skrywer, the service offered a meaningful space for prayer, remembrance, and hope.

Represented by our awareness advocate, Tuyakula H Nepaya we joined survivors, caregivers, advocates, and allies in reaffirming our shared commitment to cancer awareness, early detection and compassionate support. The gathering reminded us that while our journeys are different, we are united in one common fight; turning remembrance into action and hope into impact. πŸŽ—οΈπŸ’œ

Our lives turned upside down when we learned that nearly 370 women in Namibia are diagnosed with cervical cancer every year. That reality is why we turn World Cancer Day, Feb 04, into a call to action; to speak up, raise awareness, and save lives.
