The Atusheni Foundation is now releasing the official Bid Specifications for the Exclusive Restaurant & Bar Hub (Gym Frontage).

📍 Location: Mondesa Multipurpose Centre, Swakopmund.
🗓️ Duration: 4-Day Event (30 Sept – 03 Oct).

How to get the Bid Document:

Pay a non-refundable Document Fee of N$300.

The full bid requirements, site map, and terms will be sent to you immediately.

Deadline for Bids: 25 May 2026

While the formal bidding process remains open until May 25, the Atusheni Foundation reserves the right to award the concession immediately to any bidder who agrees to the Full Lease Amount of N$10 000.00 by Friday, May 1st, 2026. Choosing this option bypasses the evaluation period and secures the exclusive rights immediately.
