STEEL AFRICA BOWLS DAY

What a fantastic day it was!

The Lions Club was proud to assist with the catering for the Steel Africa Bowls Day. It was a wonderful opportunity to be part of a day filled with good sport, great food, laughter and even better company.

A huge thank you to Steel Africa for allowing us to be part of your event, and to everyone who supported us and enjoyed the food we prepared.

Behind every successful event is a team of hardworking volunteers, and we are incredibly grateful to our Lions members who gave their time and energy to make the catering a success.

On Friday, together with T.A.S.K., our amazing Leos helped serve 300 children with a warm bowl of soup. Every smile, every helping hand, and every act of kindness reminded us that even the smallest gesture can have a huge impact.

Together, we are changing lives—one meal, one smile, and one act of kindness at a time.

🌟 Lions Club Walvis Bay Year-End Function & Induction Ceremony 🌟

What a wonderful, and exceptional evening of fellowship, celebration, and service at the Lions Club Walvis Bay Year-End Function.

As we reflected on the achievements, projects, and lives touched throughout the past year, we were reminded that true service comes from caring hearts and dedicated hands. We are grateful to every Lion who has contributed their time, energy, and passion to making a difference in our community.

A special warm welcome to our newly inducted members. We are excited to have you join the Lions family and look forward to serving alongside you as we continue to uphold the values of Lionism.

Congratulations as well to our newly inducted Chairpersons and office bearers for the upcoming year. We wish you every success as you lead with vision, dedication, and compassion. May the year ahead be filled with meaningful service, growth, and lasting impact.

🦁❄️ ROUND TABLE WINTER DRIVE ❄️🦁

This Friday, 05 June 2026, members of the Lions Club Walvis Bay will be standing at the Old Spar Corner in Walvis Bay, collecting donations for the Round Table Winter Drive.

As the cold winter months settle in, many families in our community are struggling to stay warm. We invite everyone to open their hearts and help us make a difference by donating.

No donation is too small. Every dollar donated will help bring warmth, comfort, and hope to someone facing a difficult winter.

If you're unable to drop off a donation, please contact us and arrangements can be made.

Together, we can make this winter a little warmer for those who need it most.

One of our incredible Omega Leos, Hay-Leigh, was crowned Miss Erongo! during the 2025 Erongo Business and Tourism Expo

👑 As part of her reign goals, she's leading a winter drive to help our community battle the cold.
