To all EMAN men who have never failed this Association — wherever you are in the world or here in Namibia 🇳🇦 — you have always supported EMAN as if it were your own. You protect this Association with honour and loyalty.

Not a single day has a sister or a woman suffered in the presence of EMAN men. Never. You are helpful, dependable, and you sacrifice far more than many will ever see.

Thank you to all the men in the sector. I may not have gold, silver, or American dollars to give you yet, but I pray that the same God — the God of our lives and our Creator — remembers you today, my brothers, my fathers, my uncles.

Continue your good work. History shall remember you. @⁨‎all⁩

“A father is the first pillar of strength in every home, and the silent backbone of every community.”
Today, the Emerging Mining Association of Namibia proudly celebrates the men in our mining sector—fathers, guardians, mentors, and leaders—whose dedication extends far beyond the mine sites. You are the men who rise before dawn, carry the weight of responsibility with dignity, and continue to uplift families, women, and children with unwavering love and support.

Your contribution is not only to the mining industry, but to the future of Namibia.
