ommunities together to promote and facilitate intercultural interaction and youth development in the East and West of Kavango regions;To serves a significant role in arts, culture communities and with the aim of unearthing and developing talent, creating societal awareness and providing a platform to express creativity; By providing assistance to grass-roots and emerging artists, crafters in Kavango regions and support to community outreach programmes;Nurturing the artists, crafters, youth especially those from disadvantaged communities to improve their quality of artistic talents in the society;To create an environment that allows arts in the region to flourish as a viable part of our rich diversity of cultural heritage; encourage the highest standard of art, culture good production in the Kavango regions;Creating opportunities for the arts, cultural practices in flourishing and developing the artistic potential, creative skills of the youth in the region.
