Follow-up // Since our first Youth Alpha course came to an end, the young people have continued to meet every Thursday afternoon in our new entertainment room. It’s a time for fellowship, relaxation, worship, and growing deeper in God’s Word. It is wonderful to see their desire to know God better and continue growing in their faith ❤️🙏🏼.

Team Day:Outing Outside Rehoboth

Camp // Last week, our teenagers from the Skills Centre (first- and second-year students) went to the annual youth camp of Youth With A Mission in Windhoek. They came back so enthusiastic and transformed — truly amazing to see 🤩.

During the holidays, they are helping with the children’s programs. It’s special to see how they are enthusiastically passing on what they themselves have received 🥰❤️. Proud of them 🙏🏼😊.

✨ Holiday Program ✨

It’s holiday time in Namibia, but our Lighthouse programs are still running every day ❤️
Together with our amazing team and volunteers, we continue to create a safe place where children can play, learn, receive a warm meal, and simply enjoy being kids 🥰

From fun activities and games to moments of encouragement and love — we are thankful we can invest in the lives of these precious children during the holidays too 🙏🏼✨

Holiday program // It’s holiday in Namibia 🥰. Our team works in smaller teams so our kids can still enjoy activities, laughter, and a warm meal daily🙏🏼❤️.

Volunteers Jesse and Noah started a project to make the home of 18 year old Nova and her younger brothers a safer place to live.

They chose to make an impact for Lighthouse in this way by directly helping a family in need.

With the help of donations and the Lighthouse team, we are happy and blessed to share that the family now has a safe home. They have a door that can lock, a fence around the house, and a waterproof place to stay during the rainy days ahead. 🙏

The children also received new clothes, kitchen items, cleaning supplies, and food.

At Lighthouse, there are many ways to support a family. This is one way, but there are many more children like Nova and her brothers who still need help.

We want to say a big thank you to everyone who supported this project. We feel truly grateful and blessed for all the love and help that made this possible 💛💙
Together, we can keep making a difference.
