โค๏ธ MILAโ€™S UPDATE ๐Ÿพ

Mila is recovering well after surgery to remove part of her nose due to cancer. Last week was tough when she became constipated, dehydrated, and stopped eating. Thankfully, we got her tummy going again, and she is now eating, gaining weight, and feeling much better! โค๏ธ

Despite missing part of her nose, Mila is happy, purring, and enjoying life. Her fur is growing back, she has a soft bed, friends, plenty of wet food, and a home filled with love. ๐Ÿฅฐ

She will never again have to face the harsh sun, cold, hunger or dangers of the streets. Milaโ€™s days of being left behind are over. Now, itโ€™s time for love, comfort, and a beautiful new life! โค๏ธ๐Ÿฑ

๐Ÿท๐Ÿฅฌ Breakfast time for Choppy & Rapi!

Pigs need a healthy diet with commercial pig food, plenty of hay and some lucerne. ๐ŸŒฟ Hay is essential for good digestion. Dog and cat food is far too high in protein and can cause unnecessary weight gain.

Weโ€™re especially happy with Rapiโ€™s progress! โค๏ธ He was so obese when he arrived, that he could barely walk. Now he gets up easily, walks much faster, and even waits at the gate for his breakfast!

Heโ€™s still overweight, but he has clearly lost some weight and is moving so much better. Heโ€™s even supporting himself better on his hind legs. ๐Ÿท๐Ÿ’ช

Well done, Rapi! Weโ€™re so proud of you! โค๏ธ

โค๏ธ My precious old Vanilla โค๏ธ

This morning was freezing cold and windy after the lovely rain we had over the weekend.

My sweet 18-year-old retired dairy cow is far too fragile and thin to face the cold without some extra help.

So Vanilla got her little jacket on to keep her warm. She has almost no teeth left and needs lots of special care and food.

Just look at this precious old girl enjoying her breakfast.

At her age, she deserves nothing but warmth, comfort and all the love in the world. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ„
