These shelters will provide comfort, protection, and a safe place to rest for dogs in our care while they wait for their forever families. Every act of generosity, no matter how big or small, helps us give our animals the love and dignity they deserve.

Leonie, thank you for believing in our mission and for helping us make life a little brighter for our four-legged residents. Your compassion will be felt by many wagging tails for years to come.

We're going to say it...

Every week we hear:
🗣️ "There's nothing to do in Otjiwarongo."
🗣️ "Someone should do something about all the stray animals."
🗣️ "The SPCA needs more support."

Well, here's your chance.

This Friday evening, join us for our SPCA Night Walk and help make a real difference for the animals in our care.

Our shelter animals rely on community support to provide food, medical care, shelter and second chances. Events like these only work when people show up.

So grab your family, your friends, your walking shoes and come spend an enjoyable evening supporting a worthy cause.

To keep the winter chill away, we'll have:

🍷 Warm Glühwein
☕ Hot chocolate

Learning to read your cat's body language helps build trust, strengthens your bond, and ensures your feline friend feels safe and understood.

Did you know? A slow blink from a cat is often referred to as a "kitty kiss" – it's their way of saying they trust you! 😻

June is Cat Adoption Month, and there's never been a better time to open your heart and home to a shelter cat. Every adopted cat makes room for another animal in need and gains a second chance at a loving life.

Cat adoptions at the Otjiwarongo SPCA are only N$750 and include vaccinations and sterilisation.
