Newsletter May 2026
We once again extend our deepest gratitude and appreciation to the Pupkewitz Foundation for funding this initiative and for making visual and technology-enhanced learning possible for junior primary learners. An exciting new educational experience awaits these learners when they return after the school holiday. Who knows—perhaps for the very first time, “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star” will bring together words, melody, and imagination in a truly meaningful way.

Newsletter May 2026
Our cup of gratitude overflows following the generous allocation of funds by the Bank of Namibia for the upgrading of digital equipment that has been in service since the inception of Eduvision. Keeping pace with rapidly evolving technology requires continuous adaptation and improvement. A meeting has been scheduled for 5 June, during which the allocation and utilisation of these funds will be discussed in detail.

Newsletter May 2026
Through the generosity of our sponsors, Mrs Jurita Potgieter was afforded the opportunity to attend specialised training during the May school holiday on the latest Artificial Intelligence developments incorporated into the Panopto software platform. We extend our sincere thanks to Mr Mike Hamilton, Panopto’s representative in South Africa, for presenting this valuable training. The knowledge gained will be shared with all schools participating in the project as soon as possible. Panopto software enables Eduvision not only to record lessons for distribution among schools but also to facilitate a wide range of additional educational activities. The draft school visitation programme for June has already been compiled.

Newsletter May 2026
There is tremendous excitement within the Eduvision family regarding the addition of two new schools to the project: Otjiperongo Secondary School, sponsored by the Manica Group, and Coblenz Secondary School, sponsored by B2Gold. We are also deeply grateful for the provision of a second set of digital equipment, made possible by B2Gold, for Epukiro Post 3 Secondary School and Kandjimi Murangi Secondary School in recognition of their outstanding performance in the 2026 National Examinations. This generous contribution was received with great appreciation by both school principals.

Newsletter April 2026
Eduvision would like to extend its heartfelt congratulations to Petrosol, one of our very first sponsors, on celebrating its 25th anniversary. We wish to express our deepest and most sincere gratitude for the unwavering support and assistance we have received since the very beginning of Eduvision’s existence. It is truly impossible to capture in words the extent of Petrosol’s involvement fully. In times of financial difficulty, Petrosol ensured that our accounts remained balanced; as the number of schools grew, a brand-new vehicle was placed at our disposal—one that, even after 250,000 km in a short period, continues to be mechanically maintained. Above all, the moral support we have received—something that cannot be measured in monetary terms—has been the greatest gift of all. Our sincere thanks to Johan Botes and your entire team for this selfless contribution since the establishment of Eduvision. How can we ever adequately express our gratitude?

Newsletter April 2026
We are truly grateful to Indongo Toyota for the wonderful news that they will once again make a vehicle available to us for the coming year. As the number of schools continues to increase, this generous provision enables us to travel in multiple directions, saving valuable time—especially during school visits. Thank you, most sincerely, for this exceptional gesture. It is deeply appreciated.
