Are you passionate about harnessing the power of digital technologies for human capital development in Africa? Do you have a proven track record of leading impactful projects that foster digital skills development and capacity-building in your community? If so, we want YOU to join the Digital Technology Special Cohort (DTA-Digital Transformation with Africa Cohort 1) for YALI RLC EA!

About the Cohort:

The Digital Technology Special Cohort (DTA-Digital Transformation with Africa Cohort 1) is a fully residential program designed for dynamic and visionary young leaders across Africa actively shaping the digital ecosystem and empowering communities through innovative initiatives. This cohort is an exclusive opportunity to engage with like-minded individuals, gain advanced leadership skills, and collaborate on projects driving positive change in the digital space.

Who Should Apply?

We are seeking Young African Leaders (ages 18-35) who meet the following criteria:
Active Engagement in the Digital Ecosystem: You are already contributing to the digital transformation in Africa and are working to enhance human capital development.
Proven Leadership in Digital Skills Initiatives: You have demonstrated leadership or made significant contributions to impactful projects focused on digital skills development and capacity-building in your community.
Passion for Change: You are committed to fostering inclusive growth through the power of digital technologies and are driven to make a lasting impact on your community.
