The African Leadership Institute is a non-profit organisation with the ambition to equip and develop leaders to transform Africa.

We present leadership development schools to emerging and established leaders from the business sector, church, educational system and government. The schools consist of 3 full weeks of training and 4 weekends of training spread out over 2 calendar years. Extensive pre- and post-course reading as well as a mentorship program forms an integral part of the leadership development process. The curricu

lum focuses on Servanthood, Influence, the Truth and Results as four key leadership pillars throughout the training to ensure that transformational leadership development takes place.

The African Leadership Institute (ALI) is honored to partner with Isaac Hoaeb, Lead Consultant of Strategic Management and Consultancy Services (SMCS) and former Mayor of Otavi, in delivering transformative training for Town Leaders. This includes Local Authority officials, Executives, Conservancy representatives, and community leaders — equipping them to drive meaningful change in the communities entrusted to their care.

This initiative empowers leaders to act with purpose, fostering environments where prosperity can flourish.

The programme, a new undertaking by ALI, is a six‑month, evidence‑based leadership and culture transformation journey. It is designed to instill the mindset, skills, and systems necessary for local authority leadership, officials, and key community figures to champion sustainable, town‑wide transformation.

Various Leaders from Kunene region attended leadership training at the Rock Lodge. This included leaders from the Regional Council, Town Councils, Local Authorities and Conservancies.
