Celebrating Learning, Growth & Entrepreneurship

Cosdec Benguela was privileged to benefit from an entrepreneurship training Bootcamp facilitated by the NUST Luderitz campus, designed to equip our trainees with practical knowledge, skills and confidence to turn their ideas into sustainable business opportunities.

Our trainees are receiving their certificates in recognition of their commitment, participation, and successful completion of this valuable program.

These certificates represent more than just completion. They are a reminder that knowledge creates possibilities, skills create opportunities, and determination turns ideas into action.

Cosdec Benguela Stakeholders Breakfast Engagement

What a morning! Cosdec Benguela recently hosted a successful Stakeholders Breakfast Engagement in Luderitz, bringing together Stakeholders, community representatives and potential partners to connect, share ideas and explore opportunities for collaboration.

The engagement was more than just a breakfast, it was a platform for meaningful conversations about the future of skills development, youth empowerment, entrepreneurship and community development in Luderitz and the wider Kharas region.

We are excited about the conversations that we have started and look forward to engaging further with stakeholders to explore how these ideas can be transformed into practical programs, partnerships and opportunities that make a meaningful difference in our community

At Cosdec Benguela we believe that sustainable community development cannot be achieved alone. It takes partnership, shared vision and collective action.

Empowering Our Traineers Beyond the Classroom!

Cosdec Benguela recently hosted an inspiring motivational and empowerment session aimed at encouraging our trainees to remain focused, resilient and committed to building a better future through skills development.

The session featured insightful engagement from the Community Liaison Officer of the Namibia Police and the Social Worker from the Namibia Correctional Services in Luderitz, who shared valuable messages on personal responsibility, making positive choices, discipline, perseverance and avoiding social challenges that can hinder personal and professional growth.

Our trainees were encouraged to understand that technical skills are only part of success, character discipline, positive decision making and a strong mind set are equally important.

At Cosdec Benguela we believe in developing skilled, responsible and empowered young people who can contribute meaningfully in their communities and the nation at large.
