We believe in taking time out and believe in mental wellness and health. As individuals we are often to busy to fix things or to complete this task or another there is no rest no stop and often this cause burn out. We are reminded everyday by our bodies to stop...because they are running low on fuel. There are 12 stages of burn out and it's always good to know the signs and symptoms of burn out. Let's take care of ourselves because we only have this one body🙏.
