ter future for themselves and their community. Our football program unites youth coming from different disadvantaged neighbourhoods. These youngsters often grow up in an unstable environment, with very limited training and development opportunities. Favela United creates a safe environment and offers them daily training sessions given by former professionals and passionate community coaches. By using football as a learning tool, we create an impact on the lives of young people in three areas: economic empowerment; healthy lifestyles, security.
