acho Ministerial do disposto no nº 1 do artigo 5 da lei nº 8\91, de 18 de Julho, e artigo 1 do decreto nº 21\92 de 3 de Outubro, Tem a sua sede na cidade de Maputo, um Centro de acolhimento aberto para crianças órfãs e vulneráveis, no endereço supracitado, com possibilidade de abrir outras delegações a nível do território Nacional. Esta, visa essencialmente melhorar as condições de vida das crianças órfãs, vulneráveis de entre as quais adolescentes, jovens que frequentam a lixeira de Hulene que devido a diversas situações sócio económicas, não gozam dos seus direitos básicos, envolvidas em actividades de vasculha de lixo ali depositado no dia-a-dia em busca de auto sustento e sobrevivência, "alvo principal", as de comunidade circunvizinha, em situação extrema de risco, "alvo secundário", com vista a sua reabilitação psicossocial, promoção de habilidades para a vida para uma melhor reinserção social. Actualmente são apoiadas cerca de 250 crianças de ambos os sexos integradas e acompanhadas em 08 escolas públicas onde depois das aulas de acordo com os horários voltam ao centro e nos tempos livres no intervalo antes e depois das aulas respectivamente, prevenindo assim a desintegração familiar e a frequência a lixeira e reforçando a sua protecção social e a permanência na escola e na família. Nichtstaatlich, mit sozialen Ambitionen, national, gemeinnützig, finanzielle und administrative Autonomie, gegründet im Jahr 1998, am Justizministerium registriert, veröffentlicht beim BR (Boletim da Republica) am 22. Und unter dem Ministerialerlass vom Absatz 1 von Artikel 5 des Gesetzes Nr 8 \ 91, vom 18. Juli, und Artikel 1 der Verordnung Nr 21 \ 92 ab dem 3. Es hat seinen Sitz in der Stadt Maputo, ein offenes Aufnahmezentrum für Waisen und gefährdete Kinder mit der obige Adresse, mit der Möglichkeit der Eröffnung anderer Büros auf nationaler Ebene. Es zielt im Wesentlichen auf die Verbesserung der Lebensbedingungen der gefährdeten Kinder und Jugendlichen sowie Waisen ab, die auf der Müllkippe Hulenes Plastik und Metal sammeln um Überleben zu können. Sie haben keinen Anspruch auf ihre Grundrechte. Unser Ziel, im Hinblick auf ihre psychosoziale Rehabilitation, ist die Förderung der Lebenskompetenzen für eine bessere soziale Wiedereingliederung. Aktuell werden etwa 250 Kinder beiderlei Geschlechts sowie acht öffentliche Schulen unterstütz. Die Kinder kommen, je nach Stundenplan, vor oder nach der Schule zum Centro. Dort verbringen sie ihre Freizeit mit verschiedene Aktivitäten. Somit kommen sie nicht in Versuchung wieder auf der Müllkippe zu sammeln. Es trägt außerdem zur Verbesserung des Sozialschutzes und in der Schule sowie der Familie zu bleiben bei. description
